Denture Base Resin V2 is a high-impact, Class II biocompatible material built for final and try-in dentures that stand up to daily wear and accidental drops. This session walks the full production workflow on Form 4B and 4BL: nesting and orientation, print setup, and the post-processing with a IPA wash and post-cure. We'll cover assembly options, including using the base resin itself as the bonding agent with Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin, plus full compatibility with carded, milled, and third-party teeth. Attendees will leave with a clear read on throughput, cost per arch, and how the material handles repair and reline.
