Streamlined Digital RPDs by Rodin: BioArch, Titan & the 20-Minute Finish

For decades, flexible partials forced a compromise. Because conventional injected and milled flexible materials won’t chemically bond to denture teeth or PMMA, technicians had to cut mechanical retention into every tooth and base, relying on undercuts to hold the prosthesis together. Rodin’s printable resin system changes the equation. Because Titan teeth, the flexible BioArch base and clasps, and N₂-Free glaze are all built on the same base polymer, a single post-cure fuses them into a true monolith — one chemically continuous object rather than mechanically retained parts.

In this one-hour webinar, Minh Tran, RDT, walks through the complete digital RPD workflow and demonstrates “the 20-Minute Finish” live: bonding Titan teeth, characterizing with Rodin Palette 2.0, and applying N₂-Free glaze in a single pass before one final cure. Attendees will learn why preserving the oxygen-inhibited layer is the key to monolithic bonding — and how the all-Rodin stack delivers strength, esthetics, and turnaround conventional removables can’t match.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe how a shared base polymer across Rodin Titan, BioArch, and characterization materials enables true chemical fusion during post-curing, eliminating the need for mechanical retention in flexible RPDs.
  2. Explain the role of the oxygen-inhibited layer in achieving a monolithic bond, and why conventional alcohol-washing of printed parts undermines chemical integration.
  3. Outline the sequence of the “20-Minute Finish” protocol — tooth bonding, Palette 2.0 characterization, and N₂-Free glaze application — performed in a single pass prior to final cure.
  4. Compare the laboratory and clinical advantages of an all-Rodin printed RPD — strength, wear resistance, esthetics, and turnaround time — against conventional cast and injected/milled flexible partials.
